Call to order the Special Meeting of the Bartlesville City Council by Mayor Gorman. 2. Roll Call and Establishment of a Quorum. 3. Attend and participate in a public meeting hosted by the Oklahoma Department of Transportation to present the alternatives considered including the expected impacts for the Caney River Bridge improvements and obtain public input. 4. Adjournment.
