Reappointment of Mr. Richard Keim for an additional two years on the Bartlesville Library Board at the recommendation of Mayor Copeland. ii. Reappointment of Mr. Joe Todd to an additional three years on the Bartlesville Area History Museum Trust Authority. c. Receipt of Bids i. Bid No. 2017-2018-014 for Golf Course Chemicals 8. Discuss and take action to award Bid No. 2017-2018-013 for Downtown Landscaping – 2nd Street & Dewey. Presented by Mr. Curd. 9. Discuss and possibly take action on an Addendum related to BDA’s sale of 40 acres of Sunset Industrial Park property to Service and Manufacturing Corporation, whereby the City of Bartlesville commits to install sewer and water utility lines to the property line within seven months of closing, with City’s costs to be funded by Bartlesville Development Authority proceeds from land sale.
