Authorities, Boards, Commissions and Committee Openings • One opening on the Construction and Fire Code Appeals Board • Two openings on the Bartlesville Convention and Visitor’s Bureau Board 7. Consent Docket a. Approval of Minutes i. The Regular Minutes of the January 6, 2020 City Council Meeting. b. Approval of Appointments, Reappointments and Ratifications to Authorities, Commissions and Committees i. Reappointment of Richard Keim, Leigh Sutton and Betsy Martens to additional two-year terms to the Bartlesville Library Board at the recommendation of Mayor Copeland. ii. Appointment of Dylan Smith to fill an unexpired term on the Library Board at the recommendation of Mayor Copeland. c. Approval of Resolutions i. Amending the budget of the City of Bartlesville, Oklahoma for Fiscal Year 2019-2020, appropriating 2019A General Obligation Bond proceeds. ii. Amending the budget of the City of Bartlesville, Oklahoma for Fiscal Year 2019-2020, appropriating 2019B General Obligation Bond proceeds. d. Approval of Agreements, Contracts, and Engagement Letters i. Amendment to Community Literacy Grant Contract between the City of Bartlesville/Bartlesville Public Library and the Oklahoma Department of Libraries for additional funds totaling $1,290.00. ii. Amendment to Renewal Contract for Landfill Service between the City of Bartlesville and Osage Landfill, Inc. iii. Agreement between the City of Bartlesville/Bartlesville Public Library and Zoobean, Inc., which provides an app that can be used for the Summer Reading Program. 8. Discuss and take possible action to approve the General Obligation Bond and ½ Cent Sales Tax Capital Projects. Presented by Micah Siemers, PE, Director of Engineering.  9.
