Roll Call and Establishment of a Quorum. 3. Introduction and explanation of purpose and goals of the COVID-19 Emergency Advisory Board (CAB) established by Ordinance #3525. Presented by Mike Bailey, City Manager. 4. Review of City Ordinance #3525 and Governor’s Executive Order 2020-07. Presented by Mike Bailey, City Manager. 5. Discussion about the status of the COVID-19 pandemic including State and local modeling. Presented by Mayor Copeland. 6. Discussion of concerns, anticipated needs, projected impacts, and possible mitigation measures. Presented by Mayor Copeland. 7. Discussion of additional and alternate mitigation measures. Presented by Vice Mayor Gentges. 8. Creation of a long-term workgroup focused on long-term planning for the COVID-19 pandemic including planning for the eventual reduction of mitigation measures, termination of the proclamation of emergency, and review of the mass inoculation plan.
