NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING DOWNTOWN LANDSCAPE TASK FORCE February 21, 2017, 11:00 am Bartlesville City Hall, 1st Floor Conference Room 401 S. Johnstone Ave., Bartlesville Oklahoma Agenda 1. Review and approve the minutes. 2. Report from Randy Weatherly and Micah Siemers and discussion regarding target date for preliminary report. 3. Report from City staff and BRTA and discussion regarding funds available for the 2nd Street and Dewey Project. 4. Report from Bobby Robinson and discussion regarding existing irrigation system. 5. Discuss further revisions and possibly adopt updates to Main Street Plan including budget, scope maintenance, electrical components, irrigation and landscaping details of the 2nd Street and Dewey project. 6. Discuss and revise calendar to produce the Taskforce report to the Council by April 17, 2017. 7. Discuss and assign duties to accomplish Taskforce goals. 8. Identify action items for next meeting and those responsible for each item. 9. Comments from the public. 10.
