Review and approve the minutes. 2. Report from Randy Weatherly and Micah Siemers regarding the necessary final documents to comply with the reporting requirements set forth in Resolution No. 3405 of the Bartlesville City Council and approval of all documents and recommendations to be included in the report to the City Council. 3. Discussion and approval of recommendations for short term and long term solutions for maintenance of the 2nd Street and Dewey project and the Downtown Business District to be included in the report to the City Council. 4. Comments from the public. 5.
