ITEM NO. 3 – Discussion of general design concepts for comprehensive park signage, city entryway signage, and downtown entryway and wayfinding signage. ITEM NO. 4 – Consider and take possible action to prioritize park and recreation capital improvement projects for City Council consideration for inclusion in the 2020 capital improvement sales tax and general obligation bond elections.
