ITEM NO. 3 – Consider and take action as necessary on a proposal for paddle boat rentals at Lee Lake. Presented by David Valdez. ITEM NO. 4 – Consider and take action as necessary on a proposal to modify the Price Fields Master Plan. Presented by Lisa Beeman, Community Development Director. ITEM NO. 5 – Consider and take action as necessary on a proposal to allow the construction of a privately-owned and operated indoor training facility for the Bartlesville Bombers, a competitive youth baseball team on publicly-owned land located at Price Fields. Presented by representatives of the Bartlesville Bombers. ITEM NO. 6 – Consider and take action as necessary on a proposal from the Bartlesville Astronomical Society for creation of a Star Garden in Jo Allyn Lowe Park. Presented by John Grismore. ITEM NO. 7 – Consider and take action as necessary on a lease agreement with the Bartlesville Playground Association, Inc. for the lease of land at Johnstone Park for the location of Kiddie Park.
