ITEM NO. 2 – Consider and take action on the minutes of the Special Meeting of October 8, 2019. ITEM NO. 3 - Presentation and discussion of Mobility on Demand pilot project by United Community Action Program. Presented by Laura Corff or Patricia Dinoa. ITEM NO. 4 - Comments or inquiries from Committee members. ITEM NO. 5 - Adjournment.
