ITEM NO. 2 – Consider and take action on the minutes of the Special Meeting of September 8, 2020. ITEM NO. 3 – Citizens to Be Heard. ITEM NO. 4 – Consider and take action to recommend an ordinance to the City Council which would permit the use of electric powered bicycles and scooters on Pathfinder Parkway. Presented by Lisa Beeman, Community Development Director. ITEM NO. 5 - Comments or inquiries from Committee members. ITEM NO. 6 - Adjournment.
