(Kim Taylor, Director of Planning and Economic Development) CONSENT AGENDA 1 Special Event Permit for The Legend of Stanky Creek Mountain Bike Race. (Trey Arthur, Director of Code Enforcement) The Legend of Stanky Creek event will be held Saturday, September 27 from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. at Nesbit Park. 2 Special Event Permit for Altruria Elementary Back to School Picnic. (Trey Arthur, Director of Code Enforcement) The event will be held Sunday, August 2, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the A. Keith McDonald Pavilion at W.J. Freeman Park located at 2629 Bartlett Blvd. 3 Purchase one FC-94 Spartan E-One Rescue Pumper. (Tommy Gately, Fire Chief) Request to purchase one 2026 FC-94 Spartan E-One Rescue Pumper from Sunbelt Fire through Sourcewell contract #082025-RVG for a total cost of $750,700.00. Funds are available in Account 311.48311.785.25227. 4 Purchase five Zenix cardiac monitors. (Tommy Gately, Fire Chief) Request to purchase five Zenix cardiac monitors and accessories from Zoll through Sourcewell contract #041823-ZLL for a total cost of $327,644.08. This purchase will be paid over a five-year period, interest-free. Funds are available in Account 110.42300.939. 5 Purchase a Bobcat E32-R2- Series Compact Excavator. (Matt Crenshaw, Director of Public Works) Request to purchase a Bobcat E32-R2- Series Compact Excavator for Water/Wastewater from Williamson Equipment Supply through Sourcewell contract #SW1906314. Funds are available in Account 510.51300.939. 6 Bid for Fletcher Creek Greenway Phase 3 Construction. (John Horne, Director of Engineering) Recommend the bid be awarded to Bluff City Construction Co, LLC at a total cost of $361,580.85. ($328,709.85 + $32,871 contingency). City of Bartlett Agenda Board of Mayor and Aldermen July 28, 2026 7 Mixed Use Development Contract for Union Depot 1st Addition Phase 1. (John Horne, Director of Engineering) This Mixed Use Development Contract is for Union Depot 1st Addition Phase 1 proposed at the NE corner of US Highway 70 & US Highway 64. This Phase 1 includes the creation of Right of Way (ROW) for the extension of Union Depot Drive, but there will be NO subdivision of lots in this Phase 1. (See Attached Plan Phase 1.) Subdivision of future lots will take place in future phases. (See attached Plan for Future Potential Phases) Union Depot Drive and the necessary road infrastructure will be constructed in this Phase 1. Also; as a part of this Phase 1 will include a new Traffic Signal at US Highway 64/Van Der Veer Drive, and a modification to the existing Traffic Signal at US Highway 70/Union Depot Drive. Fees Paid to the City Total $64,304.76 with a bond of $403,919.87. 8 Residential Minimum Bond Development Contract for Walker Farms Phase 5 Private Development (PD) This Residential Minimum Bond Development Contract is for Walker Farms Phase 5 Private Development (PD), proposed due west of the existing Walker Farms Phase 1. The proposed Phase 5 includes 37 residential lots. (See Attached Walker Farms Phase 5 Plan). Subdivision of future lots will take place in future phases. (See attached Walker Farms Phase Plan). Fees paid to the City total $41,995.00 with a minimum bond of $222,159.35. NEW BUSINESS No New Business OPEN DISCUSSION The public shall be provided an opportunity to address the Board or Commission during an Open Discussion period at the end of each regular and special meeting of the governing body. Prior to the start of the meeting, individuals will be required to complete and present to the Clerk the Open Discussion Citizen form provided at each meeting. The Open Discussion period for regular and special meetings of the Board or Commission shall be limited to twenty (20) minutes. Individuals shall be allowed to speak for up to three (3) minutes each. Open Discussion periods will not be held for any meeting where there are no actionable items on the agenda or meetings where the governing body is conducting a disciplinary hearing for a member of the governing body or a person whose profession or activities fall within the jurisdiction of the governing body.
