Inviting input from the City Council related to issues for possible inclusion on future agendas related to issues such as (but not limited to) municipal projects, personnel, public property, development and other City/public business. A. CONSENT AGENDA - All the following items are considered to be self-explanatory by the Council and will be enacted with one motion; there will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Council Members so requests. A.3 Approval of the statutory denial, for a period of 180 days from the date A.3 20 McCollum of Council action on this request for the Resubdivision of a Portion of Lot 1 Bastrop West Commercial, Section 2 for Wal-Mart Store #1042, to create an additional commercial lot, located on Agnes Street within the City of Bastrop, Texas. B. PUBLIC HEARINGS, ORDINANCES, OTHER ITEMS FOR CONSIDERATION AND/OR ACTION C. OLD BUSINESS D. NEW BUSINESS D.1 Consideration, discussion, review and possible action regarding directing D.1 22 Talbot the City Manager to Coordinate with Officials from XS Ranch to continue work on the creation of a “Public Improvement District” for Phase One of the XS Ranch Property located in the extra territorial district of the City of Bastrop, and to concurrently remove phase one from the Municipal Utility District, so as to eliminate any potentially duplicative District fees for future residents. D.2 Acknowledgement, acceptance and possible action on the State Highway D.2 47 Brandon 71 Traffic Analysis prepared by The University of Texas at Austin, Center for Transportation Research. D.3 Consideration, discussion and possible action on the Award of Contract D.3 156 Job for a Complete Street reconstruction project including the replacement of Water & Waste water utilities to Smith Contracting Co. for a total base bid amount of $ 841,214.00 D.4 Consideration, discussion and possible action on acceptance of the D.4 164 Stovall unaudited Monthly Financial Reports for the period ending in February 28, 2015. E. EXECUTIVE SESSION E.1 The Bastrop City Council will meet in a closed/executive session pursuant to the Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, et seq, to discuss the following: 1. SECTIONS 551.071(1) (A) & 551.071 (2): Consultation with Attorney concerning: (1) potential, pending, threatened, and/or contemplated litigation or claims, including but not limited to (a) Pine forest Unit #6; and (2) and/or matter upon which the Attorney has a duty and/or responsibility to report to the governmental body, (a) including, but not limited to XS PID formations/legal issues, and/or (3) any other matters posted on the agenda: AGENDA – City Council Regular Meeting Page 2 of 3 2. SECTION 551.072– Deliberation regarding real property: Regarding the purchase, exchange, lease, disposition, or value of real property 3. SECTION 551.074 – Personnel Matters 4. SECTION 551.086 - Certain Public Power Utilities: Competitive Matters. E.2 The Bastrop City Council will reconvene into open session to discuss, consider and/or take any actions necessary related to the executive sessions noted herein, or regular agenda items, noted above, and/or related items. F.
