Submitted comments will be read aloud at the meeting. Comments from each individual will be limited to three (3) minutes when read aloud. Comments will be heard from the audience on any topic not listed on the agenda, not to exceed three (3) minutes in length. In accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, if a citizen discusses any item not on the agenda, the Board cannot discuss issues raised or make any decision at this time.
