Don Wilkinson, Building Inspector, stated the house has been vacant and lacks utilities and maintenance. Mr. Wilkinson stated there were some permits pulled. Mr. Harrison made a motion to affirm the property as a Dangerous Building, seconded by Ms. Werner. Affirmed. Don Wilkinson, Building Inspector, stated the property has been vacant and lacks maintenance and has no utilities. Ms. Wyn stated she is in the process of cleaning it out and plans on fixing the roof. Ms. Wyn requested at least a year to make corrections to the home. Mr. Wilkinson recommended affirming the property as a Dangerous Building. Ms. Werner made a motion to affirm the property as a Dangerous Building, seconded by Mr. Harrison. Affirmed. Mr. Wilkinson recommended affirming the property as a Dangerous Building. Ms. Werner made a motion to affirm the property as a Dangerous Building, seconded by Mr. Harrison. Affirmed. Mr. Harrison made a motion to affirm the property as a Dangerous Building, seconded by Ms. Werner. Affirmed. Ms. Werner made a motion to affirm the property as a Dangerous Building, seconded by Mr. Harrison. Affirmed. Whitfield-y Harrison-y Werner-y New Business: 1. 190 Battle Creek Issue#EN15-06230 Code Compliance Officer: Elijah Martin Property Owner, not present. Elijah Martin, Senior Code Officer, stated the inspection was in November and the exterior violations were noted. Mr. Martin stated he has spoken with the owner and he will remove the boards. Mr. Harrison made a motion to remove the property from the agenda, seconded by Ms. Werner. Removed. Elijah Martin, Senior Code Officer, stated the violations were found during a rental inspection. Ms. Griffin has stated some items have been repaired. Ms. Griffin requested more time for the roof repair. Mr. Martin recommended a thirty day extension. Ms. Werner made a motion to grant an extension to February 16, 2016, seconded by Mr. Harrison. Extension granted. Elijah Martin stated the exterior violations were noted during a routine inspection. Mr. Gordon requested more time until the weather is better. Mr. Gordon stated he wants to paint it. Mr. Martin recommended granting an extension to May 17, 2016. Mr. Whitfield made a motion to grant an extension to May 17, 2016, seconded by Mr. Harrison. Extension granted. Elijah Martin, Senior Code Officer, stated the exterior violations were noted during a routine inspection. Ms. Roebuck stated that Roach Home Improvements has pulled a permit. Mr. Harrison made a motion to grant an extension to February 16, 2016, seconded by Ms. Werner. Extension granted. Elijah Martin, Senior Code Officer, stated the exterior violations were found after an apartment fire. Mr. Morcombe stated he needed more time and requested to May 1, 2016. Ms. Werner made a motion to grant an extension to March 15, 2016, seconded by Mr. Harrison. Extension granted. Ms. Werner made a motion to grant an extension to February 16, 2016, seconded by Mr. Harrison. Extension granted.
