Code Compliance Administrator: Dennis McKinley
Property owner was not present. Mr. McKinley gave his report stating that the
property was inspected and has been vacant more than 180 days, no water service,
and lacks property maintenance. Mr. McKinley recommends that it be affirmed as a
dangerous building and give 30 days to bring into compliance. Mr. Hamilton affirms
it as a dangerous building and gives 30 days to bring it into compliance.

Property Owner, Carolyn Lyons, is present. Dennis McKinley, Code Compliance
Administrator, present his report. Property was damaged by fire. Building Inspector
found the house to be moderate to severely damaged. Ms. Lyons states there is
smoke damage and she is trying to find a buyer for the house. She does not live in
the house and doesn’t plan on fixing the house. Mr. Hamilton explains the process
to her. Mr. Hamilton affirms it as a dangerous building and gives her 30 days to
bring it into compliance.
