Roll Call: Carman Hamilton 3. Staff Members Present: Dennis McKinley, Code Compliance Administrator, and Lisa Silkworth, Secretary 4. Additions/Deletions to the Agenda: Delete 380 N Washington from the agenda 5. Approval of Minutes: n/a 6. New Business: a. 1600 Columbia Ave W. Issue#EN12-06173 Code Compliance Administrator: Dennis McKinley Property owner was not present. Mr. McKinley gave his report stating that the property was inspected and has been vacant more than 180 days, no water service, and lacks property maintenance. Mr. McKinley recommends that it be affirmed as a dangerous building and give 30 days to bring into compliance. Mr. McKinley gave his report stating that the property was inspected and has been vacant more than 180 days, no water service. Mr. Hamilton affirms it as a dangerous building and gives 30 days to bring it into compliance. d. 158 Rittenhouse Issue#EN12-05651 Code Compliance Administrator: Dennis McKinley Property Owner, Carolyn Lyons, is present. Dennis McKinley, Code Compliance Administrator, present his report. Property was damaged by fire. Building Inspector found the house to be moderate to severely damaged. Ms. Lyons states there is smoke damage and she is trying to find a buyer for the house. She does not live in the house and doesn’t plan on fixing the house. Mr. Hamilton explains the process to her.
