a. 53 Euclid Ave (House & Garage)

Code Compliance Administrator: Dennis McKinley
Property Owner, not present. Mr. McKinley, Code Compliance
Administrator, reported the house has been vacant for 180 days, lacks
property maintenance, and has no water service. Mr. McKinley also
noted there is a hole in the roof. Mr. Hamilton affirmed it as a
dangerous building and granted 30 days to bring it into compliance.
b. 178 Grenville (House)

Property Owner, Joy Kinney, present. Mr. McKinley, Code
Compliance Administrator, reported there was a fire at the property
and it has been vacant for more than 180 days. Mr. McKinley also
noted there is an expired electrical permit. Ms. Kinney stated the fire

was in 2007. Ms. Kinney reported she had gone thru bankruptcy and
the mortgage company, Citimortgage, should be the owner of the
property. Citimortgage has not filed any documentation. Mr. McKinley
reminds Mr. Hamilton the ordinance requires the city to notify the
owner of record. Mr. Hamilton affirms this as a dangerous building and
grants 30 days to bring it into compliance.
c. 34 Hancock Ct (House & Garage)

Property Owner, not present. Mr. McKinley, Code Compliance
Administrator, reported the house was extensively damaged by a fire
and is structurally unsound. Mr. Hamilton affirmed it as a dangerous
building and granted 30 days to bring it into compliance.
d. 116 Inn Rd (House & Garage)

Code Compliance Administrator: Dennis McKinley
Property Owner, not present. Mr. McKinley, Code Compliance
Administrator, reported the house has been vacant for 180 days, lacks
property maintenance, and has no water service. Mr. McKinley stated
the building inspector preformed a safety inspection and all four
permits will need to be pulled to bring it into compliance. Mr. Hamilton
affirmed it as a dangerous building and granted 30 days to bring it into
compliance.
e. 65 Magnolia Ave (Garage)

Administrator, reported the garage has broken windows and it
structurally unsound. Mr. Hamilton affirmed it as a dangerous building
and granted 30 days to bring it into compliance.

Administrator, reported the house has been extensively damaged by
fire and is boarded up at the windows. Mr. McKinley also noted there
is a hole in the roof. Mr. Hamilton affirmed it as a dangerous building
and granted 30 days to bring it into compliance.

Administrator, reported the garage was damaged by a storm and is
unsafe. Mr. Hamilton affirmed it as a dangerous building and granted
30 days to bring it into compliance.

property maintenance, and has no water service. Mr. Hamilton

j. 31 Windsor Terrace (House)
Issue#EN11-15209
Code Compliance Administrator: Dennis McKinley
Property Owner, Robert and Helen Coy, present. Mr. McKinley, Code
Compliance Administrator reported the houses’ foundation wall has
collapsed. The cost estimate of repair is $63,000 and the current SEV
is $9,152. Mr. McKinley recommended affirming it as a dangerous
building and moving it through the process. Ms. Coy stated they would
like to demolish the house but they may need assistance to pay for it.
Mr. Hamilton affirmed it as a dangerous building and granted 30 days
to bring it into compliance.
