5. Approval of Minutes: Mr. Hamilton approved the minutes from April 2013.

compliance.

compliance.

Code Compliance Administrator: Dennis McKinley
Property owner, Tamara Harner, present. Dennis McKinley, Code
Compliance Administrator, reported the garage has structural damage
and is in disrepair. Ms. Harner has received a check from the
insurance company and has a deposit with a construction company.
Ms. Harner stated the garage will be demolished and a new one built in
its place. Mr. Hamilton noted all material needs to be removed. Mr.
Hamilton affirmed it as a dangerous building and gave thirty days to
bring it into compliance.

days, no water service and lacks property maintenance. Mr. McKinley

affirmed it as a dangerous building and gave thirty days to bring it into
compliance.

support the load. Mr. McKinley recommends affirming it as a

and gave thirty days to bring it into compliance.

service and lacks property maintenance. Mr. McKinley recommends
affirming it as a dangerous building. Mr. Hamilton affirmed it as a
dangerous building and gave thirty days to bring it into compliance.
7. Public Comments: Ms. Rodriguez was observing the meeting and questioned when a
building is put on the dangerous buildings list. Lisa Silkworth, Secretary, explained the
process.
