Roll Call: Carman Hamilton 3. Staff Members Present: Dennis McKinley, Code Compliance Administrator; Don Wilkinson, Building Inspector; Lisa Silkworth, Secretary 4. Additions/Deletions to the Agenda: none 5. Approval of Minutes: Carman Hamilton approved the minutes from the October 8, 2014 meeting. 6. New Business: a. 30 E Burnham (Commercial) Issue#EN14-25330 Building Inspector: Don Wilkinson Property owner, not present. Don Wilkinson, building inspector, noted the property was damaged by fire and has a cost estimate of repair of $38,850 and an SEV of $24,134. Mr. Wilkinson recommended affirming it as a dangerous building. Mr. Hamilton affirmed the property as a dangerous building and grants 30 days to bring the property into compliance. b. 555 - 561E Michigan Ave (Commercial) Issue#EN14-25301 Building Inspector: Don Wilkinson Property owner, not present. Don Wilkinson, building inspector, stated the property has been vacant for over 180 days, lacks maintenance and has a cost estimate of repair of $611,947 and an SEV of $11,979. Mr. Hamilton affirmed the property as a dangerous building and grants 30 days to bring the property into compliance. c. 545 E Michigan Ave (Commercial) Issue#EN14-25303 Building Inspector: Don Wilkinson Property owner, not present. Don Wilkinson, building inspector, stated the property has been vacant for over 180 days, lacks maintenance, and has no utilities. Mr. Wilkinson recommended affirming it as a dangerous building. Mr. Hamilton affirmed the property as a dangerous building and grants 30 days to bring the property into compliance. d. 233 N Wood (House) Issue#EN14-06263 Building Inspector: Don Wilkinson Don Wilkinson, building inspector, stated the property has been vacant for over 180 days, lacks maintenance, and has no utilities. The cost estimate of repair is $48,718 and the SEV is $12,764. Mr. Wilkinson recommended affirming it as a dangerous building. Mr. Hamilton affirmed the property as a dangerous building and grants 30 days to bring the property into compliance. 7. Public Comments: none 8. Board and Staff Members Comments: none 9.
