MEMBERS PRESENT: Commissioners Judith Mudge, Gary Green and Tim Martinovich MEMBERS ABSENT: None STAFF PRESENT: Dawn Shorter, Susan Bedsole and Nancy Mullett CALL TO ORDER: President Mudge called the meeting to order at 4:00 PM and recognized that a quorum was present. APPROVAL OF MINUTES A motion was made by Comm. Green, supported by Comm. Martinovich, to approve the Civil Service Commission October 27, 2014 meeting minutes. All yes, none opposed. Motion approved. SETTINGS THE 2015 CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION MEETING SCHEDULE A motion was made by Comm. Martinovich, supported by Comm. Green to adopt the 2015 Calendar as proposed. The Commission discussed meeting quarterly. Ms. Bedsole stated it would go against Civil Service Rules. The calendar was adopted as presented. All yes, none opposed. Motion approved. PETITIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS: There were none. REPORTS: There were none. UNFINISHED BUSINESS There was no unfinished business. NEW BUSINESS 1. Certify the candidates 6-10 on the “2014 Entry Level Fire Fighter Eligibility List” A motion was made by Comm. Green, supported by Comm. Martinovich, to certify candidates 6-10 on the “2014 Entry Level Fire Fighter Eligibility List.” All yes, none opposed. Motion approved. PUBLIC COMMENTS There were no public comments.
