Additions/Deletions to the Agenda: none 5. Approval of Minutes: Carman Hamilton approved the minutes from the January 14, 2015 meeting. 6. New Business: a. 44 Cleveland (House) Issue#EN14-27052 Building Inspector: Don Wilkinson Property Owner, not present. Don Wilkinson, Building Inspector, stated the house was damaged by fire. Mr. Wilkinson noted the owner intends to demolish the house. Mr. Hamilton affirmed the property as a dangerous building giving thirty days to bring it into compliance. Affirmed. b. 14 Fonda (House) Issue#EN15-00404 Building Inspector: Don Wilkinson Property Owner, not present. Don Wilkinson, Building Inspector, noted he was called to the property by the Police Dept. Mr. Wilkinson stated the house was in bad condition and in need of repairs. Mr. Wilkinson condemned the home due to its condition. Mr. Hamilton affirmed the property as a dangerous building giving thirty days to bring it into compliance. Don Wilkinson, Building Inspector, stated the house was damaged by fire. Mr. Hamilton affirmed the property as a dangerous building giving thirty days to bring it into compliance. Affirmed. d. 24 Lamora Ave (House) Issue#EN15-00415 Building Inspector: Don Wilkinson Property Owner, not present. Don Wilkinson, Building Inspector, stated the house was damaged by an explosion. Mr. Hamilton affirmed the property as a dangerous building giving thirty days to bring it into compliance. Affirmed. e. 162 Manchester (House) Issue#EN15-00085 Building Inspector: Don Wilkinson Property Owner, not present. Don Wilkinson, Building Inspector, noted the property was in bad condition and in need of repairs. Mr. Wilkinson condemned the home due to its condition.
