Roll Call: Carman Hamilton 3. Staff Members Present: Dennis McKinley, Code Compliance Administrator; Lisa Silkworth, Secretary; Don Wilkinson, Building Inspector 4. Additions/Deletions to the Agenda: none 5. Approval of Minutes: Mr. Hamilton approved the minutes from the August 12, 2015 meeting. 6. New Business: a. 242 Limit (House) Issue#EN15-03315 Building Inspector: Don Wilkinson Property owner, not present. Don Wilkinson, Building Inspector, stated the house has been vacant, lacks maintenance, and has no water service. Carman Hamilton affirmed the property as a Dangerous Building and granted thirty days to bring it into compliance. b. 85 E. Michigan Ave (Commercial) Issue#EN15-2520 Building Inspector: Don Wilkinson Property owner, not present. Don Wilkinson, Building Inspector stated the building is vacant and in serious need or repairs. Don Wilkinson, Building Inspector, stated the house has been vacant, lacks maintenance, and has no water service.
