Approval of Minutes: Mr. Hamilton approved the minutes from the November 10, 2015 6. New Business: a. 85 Ann Ave (House) Issue#EN15-04294 Building Inspector: Don Wilkinson Property Owner, not present. Don Wilkinson, Building Inspector, noted the property has been vacant for over 180 days, lacks utilities, and lacks property maintenance. Mr. Hamilton affirmed the property as a dangerous building and granted thirty days to bring the property into compliance. b. 24 Arthur (House) Issue#EN15-04295 Building Inspector: Don Wilkinson Property Owner, not present. Don Wilkinson, Building Inspector, noted the property has been vacant for over 180 days, lacks utilities, and lacks property maintenance. Don Wilkinson, Building Inspector, noted the property was condemned during a police call. Mr. Wilkinson stated the house was in serious need of repair. Mr. Hamilton affirmed the property as a dangerous building and granted thirty days to bring the property into compliance. k. 334 N Wood St (House) Issue#EN10-04629 Building Inspector: Don Wilkinson Property Owner, not present. Don Wilkinson, Building Inspector, noted the property has been vacant for over 180 days, lacks utilities, and was damaged by fire. Mr. Hamilton affirmed the property as a dangerous building and granted thirty days to bring the property into compliance. 7.
