Roll Call: Carman Hamilton 3. Staff Members Present: Ted Hanson, Chief Building Official; Don Wilkinson, Building Inspector; Lisa Silkworth, Secretary 4. Additions/Deletions to the Agenda: Remove 14 Franklin from Agenda 5. Approval of Minutes: Carman Hamilton approved the minutes from the April 13, 2016 meeting. 6. New Business: a. 25 Blenken Ct (House) Issue#EN12-06615 Building Inspector: Don Wilkinson Property owner, not present. Don Wilkinson, Building Inspector, stated the property is vacant over 180 days, lacks utilities and lacks property maintenance. Mr. Wilkinson recommended affirming the property as a Dangerous Building. Carman Hamilton affirmed the property as a Dangerous Building and gave the owner thirty days to bring it into compliance. Affirmed. b. 69 Chestnut (House) Issue#EN16-00446 Building Inspector: Don Wilkinson Property owner, not present. Don Wilkinson, Building Inspector, stated the property is vacant over 180 days, lacks utilities and lacks property maintenance. Mr. Wilkinson recommended affirming the property as a Dangerous Building. Affirmed. c. 14 Franklin (House) Issue#EN16-00448 Building Inspector: Don Wilkinson REMOVED d. 254 Lafayette St (House) Issue#EN16-01294 Building Inspector: Don Wilkinson Property owner, not present. Don Wilkinson, Building Inspector, stated the property is vacant over 180 days, lacks utilities and lacks property maintenance. Mr. Wilkinson recommended affirming the property as a Dangerous Building. Carman Hamilton affirmed the property as a Dangerous Building and gave the owner thirty days to bring it into compliance. Affirmed. e. 91 N McKinley (House) Issue#EN16-00449 Building Inspector: Don Wilkinson Property owner, Patrick Johnson, present. Don Wilkinson, Building Inspector, stated the property has been vacant and the previous owner had a safety inspection. Mr. Wilkinson stated there is still no certificate of occupancy and some work still had to be finished. Mr. Johnson stated he thought everything was done and will get the plumbing work finished. Mr. Wilkinson recommended granting 60 days to bring it into compliance. Carman Hamilton affirmed the property as a Dangerous Building but granted 60 days to bring it into compliance. Affirmed. f. 15 South Pl (House) Issue#EN16-00442 Building Inspector: Don Wilkinson Property owner, not present. Don Wilkinson, Building Inspector, stated the property is vacant over 180 days, lacks utilities and lacks property maintenance. Mr. Wilkinson recommended affirming the property as a Dangerous Building. Mr. Wilkinson noted the property owner has started to work on the property. Mr. Wilkinson recommended affirming the property as a Dangerous Building.
