Roll Call: Carman Hamilton 3. Staff Members Present: Jason Francisco, Code Compliance Manager; Don Wilkinson, Building Inspector; Lisa Silkworth, Secretary 4. Additions/Deletions to the Agenda: Remove 25 Gardenia 5. Approval of Minutes: Carman Hamilton approved the minutes from the May 11, 2016 meeting. 6. New Business: a. 99 Clay St (House) Issue#EN16-01614 Building Inspector: Don Wilkinson Property owner, not present. Don Wilkinson, Building Inspector, stated the property has been heavily damaged by fire. Carman Hamilton affirmed the property as a Dangerous Building and granted thirty days to bring it into compliance. b. 25 Gardenia (House) Issue#EN16-01784 Building Inspector: Don Wilkinson REMOVE – Demolished Dangerous Buildings Hearing June 8, 2016 Page 2 of 3 c. 47 S Kendall Issue#EN16-02036 Building Inspector: Don Wilkinson Property owner, not present. Don Wilkinson, Building Inspector, stated the property has been vacant for over 180 days, lacks utilities and lacks property maintenance. Mr. Wilkinson recommended affirming the property as a Dangerous Building. Carman Hamilton affirmed the property as a Dangerous Building and granted thirty days to bring it into compliance. d. 116 Nelson (House) Issue#EN16-01523 Building Inspector: Don Wilkinson Property owner, not present. Don Wilkinson, Building Inspector, stated the property has been vacant and the foundation has partially collapsed. Mr. Wilkinson recommended affirming the property as a Dangerous Building. Carman Hamilton affirmed the property as a Dangerous Building and granted thirty days to bring it into compliance. e. 254 Upton (House) Issue#EN16-01296 Building Inspector: Don Wilkinson Property owner, not present. Don Wilkinson, Building Inspector, stated the property has been vacant for over 180 days, lacks utilities and lacks property maintenance. Mr. Wilkinson recommended affirming the property as a Dangerous Building.
