Additions/Deletions to the Agenda: none 5. Approval of Minutes: Carman Hamilton approved the minutes from the January 11, 2017 meeting. 6. Don Wilkinson, Building Inspector, noted the property has been vacant for more than 180 days, lacks utilities, and lacks maintenance. Carman Hamilton affirmed the property as a dangerous building and granted thirty days to bring it into compliance. Affirmed. b. 92 High St (House) Issue#EN16-12432 Building Inspector: Don Wilkinson Property owner, not present. Don Wilkinson, Building Inspector, noted the property has been vacant for more than 180 days, lacks utilities, and lacks maintenance.
