1. Call to Order: 1:00pm
2. Roll Call: Carman Hamilton

4. Additions/Deletions to the Agenda: none
5. Approval of Minutes: Carman Hamilton approved the minutes from the February 8, 2017
meeting.

Building Inspector: Don Wilkinson
Property owner, not present. Don Wilkinson, Building Inspector,
stated the property has been vacant over 180 days, lacks utilities,
and lacks property maintenance. Mr. Wilkinson recommended the
property be affirmed as a Dangerous Building. Mr. Hamilton
affirmed the property as a Dangerous Building and granted thirty
days to bring it into compliance. Affirmed.
b. 22 Graves (House)

Building Inspector: Don Wilkinson
Property owner, not present. Don Wilkinson, Building Inspector,
stated the property has been vacant over 180 days, lacks utilities,
and lacks property maintenance. Mr. Wilkinson recommended the
property be affirmed as a Dangerous Building. Mr. Hamilton
affirmed the property as a Dangerous Building and granted thirty
days to bring it into compliance. Affirmed.

Building Inspector: Don Wilkinson
Property owner, not present. Don Wilkinson, Building Inspector,
stated the property has been vacant over 180 days, lacks utilities,
and lacks property maintenance. Mr. Wilkinson recommended the
property be affirmed as a Dangerous Building. Mr. Hamilton
affirmed the property as a Dangerous Building and granted thirty
days to bring it into compliance. Affirmed.

Building Inspector: Don Wilkinson
Property owner, DeWayne Nunnally, present. Don Wilkinson,
Building Inspector, stated the property has been vacant over 180
days, lacks utilities, and maintenance. Mr. Wilkinson
recommended affirming the property as a Dangerous Building. Mr.
Nunnally stated the house is vacant but he tries to maintain it. Mr.
Nunnally stated he had a contractor fix the roof and the house had
been broken into a couple of times. Mr. Nunnally stated he uses
the house as storage. Mr. Wilkinson noted it cannot be used for
storage purposes. Mr. Nunnally has spoken with Matt Flanders
from the City of Battle Creek for some assistance with repairs. Mr.
Hamilton affirmed the property as a Dangerous Building granting
sixty days to bring it into compliance. Affirmed.

Property owner, not present. Don Wilkinson, Building Inspector,
stated the property has been vacant over 180 days, lacks utilities,
and lacks property maintenance. Mr. Wilkinson recommended the
property be affirmed as a Dangerous Building. Mr. Hamilton
affirmed the property as a Dangerous Building and granted thirty
days to bring it into compliance. Affirmed.

stated the property has been vacant over 180 days, lacks utilities,
and lacks property maintenance. Mr. Wilkinson recommended the
property be affirmed as a Dangerous Building. Mr. Hamilton
affirmed the property as a Dangerous Building and granted thirty
days to bring it into compliance. Affirmed.

Issue#EN08-11197
Building Inspector: Don Wilkinson
Property owner, not present. John Kenefick was present to speak
in regards to the property but did not have paperwork from the
owner to speak on behalf of the owner. Mr. Wilkinson
recommended the property be affirmed as a Dangerous Building.
Mr. Hamilton affirmed the property as a Dangerous Building
granting thirty days to bring it into compliance. Affirmed.
