Roll Call: Carman Hamilton 3. Staff Members Present: Don Wilkinson, Building Inspector; Jason Francisco, Code Compliance Manager; Lisa Silkworth, Secretary 4. Additions/Deletions to the Agenda: none 5. Approval of Minutes: Carman Hamilton approved the minutes from the March 8, 2017 meeting. 6. New Business: a. 8 Blair (House) Issue#EN17-00562 Building Inspector: Don Wilkinson Property owner, not present. Don Wilkinson, Building Inspector, stated the property has been vacant for over 180 days, lacks maintenance, and lacks utilities. Mr. Wilkinson recommended affirming the property as a Dangerous Building. Carman Hamilton affirmed the property as a Dangerous Building and granted thirty days to bring it into compliance. Affirmed. b. 41 Blanche (House) Issue#EN17-0584 Building Inspector: Don Wilkinson Property owner, not present. Don Wilkinson, Building Inspector, stated the property has been vacant for over 180 days, lacks maintenance, and lacks utilities. Mr. Wilkinson recommended affirming the property as a Dangerous Building. Carman Hamilton affirmed the property as a Dangerous Building and granted thirty days to bring it into compliance. Don Wilkinson, Building Inspector, stated the property has been vacant for over 180 days, lacks maintenance, and lacks utilities. Mr. Wilkinson recommended affirming the property as a Dangerous Building. Carman Hamilton affirmed the property as a Dangerous Building and granted thirty days to bring it into compliance. Affirmed. d. 68-70 Frelinghuysen Issue#EN17-00785 Building Inspector: Don Wilkinson Property owner, Michael Bye, present. Don Wilkinson, Building Inspector, stated the front porch has been damaged and has not been repaired. Mr. Wilkinson stated the property is in the Historic District and it will need approval from them. Mr. Wilkinson noted the front porch and foundation has issues and need to be repaired. Mr. Bye stated he has to talk to the County Treasurer about the delinquent taxes. Mr. Bye stated he would have the documents to the Historic District for the May 8th meeting. Carman Hamilton affirmed the property as a Dangerous Building and granted thirty days to bring it into compliance. Affirmed. e. 45 Magnolia (House) Issue#EN17-00554 Building Inspector: Don Wilkinson Property owner, Amanda Mcnees, present. Don Wilkinson, Building Inspector, stated the property was heavily damaged by fire in 2016. Mr. Wilkinson recommended affirming the property as a Dangerous Building. Ms. Mcnees stated she plans to tear the building down but is in a dispute with her insurance company. Carman Hamilton affirmed the property as a Dangerous Building and granted thirty days to bring it into compliance. Don Wilkinson, Building Inspector, stated the property has been vacant for over 180 days, lacks maintenance, and lacks utilities. Mr. Wilkinson recommended affirming the property as a Dangerous Building. Mr. Wilkinson explained what she would need to bring to the next meeting. Carman Hamilton affirmed the property as a Dangerous Building and granted thirty days to bring it into compliance. Affirmed. g. 28 Randolph (House) Issue#EN17-00561 Building Inspector: Don Wilkinson Property owner, not present. Don Wilkinson, Building Inspector, stated the property has been vacant for over 180 days, lacks maintenance, and lacks utilities. Mr. Wilkinson recommended affirming the property as a Dangerous Building. Carman Hamilton affirmed the property as a Dangerous Building and granted thirty days to bring it into compliance. Don Wilkinson, Building Inspector, stated the property has been vacant over 180 days, lacks maintenance, and lacks utilities. Mr. Wilkinson recommended affirming the property as a Dangerous Building. Mr. Robertson stated he has tried to find people to remodel the property. Mr. Wilkinson explained the vacant requirements. Carman Hamilton affirmed the property as a Dangerous Building and granted thirty days to bring the property into compliance. Affirmed i. 151 Upton (House) Issue#EN17-00563 Building Inspector: Don Wilkinson Property owner, not present. Don Wilkinson, Building Inspector, stated the property has been vacant for over 180 days, lacks maintenance, and lacks utilities. Mr. Wilkinson recommended affirming the property as a Dangerous Building. Mr. Wilkinson recommended affirming the property as a Dangerous Building. Carman Hamilton affirmed the property as a Dangerous Building and granted thirty days to bring it into compliance.
