Additions/Deletions to the Agenda: Remove 122 Helen Montgomery 5. Approval of Minutes: Carman Hamilton approved the minutes from the April 12, 2017 meeting. 6. New Business: a. 4 Bartlett (House) Issue#EN17-01948 Building Inspector: Don Wilkinson Property owner, not present. Don Wilkinson, Building Inspector, stated the property has been vacant for over 180 days, lacks utilities and lacks property maintenance. Mr. Wilkinson recommended affirming the property as a Dangerous Building. Mr. Hamilton affirmed the property as a Dangerous Building granting thirty days to bring the property into compliance.
