Roll Call: Carman Hamilton 3. Staff Members Present: Don Wilkinson, Building Inspector; Jason Francisco, Code Compliance Manager; Lisa Silkworth, Secretary 4. Additions/Deletions to the Agenda: none 5. Approval of Minutes: Mr. Hamilton approved the minutes from the June 14, 2017 meeting. Approved. 6. New Business: a. 48 New England (House) Issue#EN17-04977 Building Inspector: Don Wilkinson Property owner, not present. Don Wilkinson, Building Inspector, stated the house is vacant, lacks utilities, and lacks property maintenance. Mr. Wilkinson recommends affirming the property as a Dangerous Building. Mr. Hamilton affirmed the property as a Dangerous Building and grants thirty days to bring it into compliance. Affirmed b. 93 W Northside (House) Issue#EN17-04978 Building Inspector: Don Wilkinson Property owner, not present.
