Approval of Minutes: Carman Hamilton approved the minutes from the January 10, 2018 meeting. 6. New Business: a. 39 S Union (House) Issue#EN17-13072 Building Inspector: Don Wilkinson Property owner, not present. Richard Bolek, Chief Building Official, states the property has been vacant, lacks utilities and lacks property maintenance. Mr. Bolek recommended affirming the property as a Dangerous Building. Mr. Hamilton affirmed the property as a Dangerous Building and grants thirty days to bring it into compliance. b. 116 Academy (House) Issue#EN17-12727 Building Inspector: Don Wilkinson Property owner, not present. Richard Bolek, Chief Building Official, states the property has been vacant, lacks utilities and lacks property maintenance. Mr. Bolek recommended affirming the property as a Dangerous Building.
