Roll Call: Carman Hamilton 3. Staff Members Present: Richard Bolek, Chief Building Official; Don Wilkinson, Building Official; Angela Hubbard, Secretary 4. Additions/Deletions to the Agenda: N/A 5. Approval of Minutes: Mr. Hamilton approved the minutes from the October 21, 2019 meeting. Approved 6. New Business: a. 222 Cherry St (House) Issue #EN19-09115 Building Inspector: Don Wilkinson Homeowner not present. Mr. Wilkinson, Building Official, stated the property was heavily damaged by fire and says that in its current condition, recommended it should be affirmed as a Dangerous Building. Mr. Hamilton affirmed the property as a Dangerous Building and granted thirty days to bring it into compliance. Affirmed. b. 17 Wabash (House) Issue #EN19-09112 Building Inspector: Don Wilkinson Homeowner, not present. Mr. Wilkinson, Building Official, stated the property was damaged by fire and in its current condition, recommended affirming it as a Dangerous Building. Mr. Hamilton affirmed the property as a Dangerous Building and granted thirty days to bring into compliance. Mr. Wilkinson, Building Official, stated the property was damaged by fire and in its current condition, recommended affirming it as a Dangerous Building.
