Roll Call: Carman Hamilton 3. Staff Members Present: Don Wilkinson, Building Official; Richard Bolek, Chief Building Official; Angela Hubbard, Secretary 4. Additions/Deletions to the Agenda: None 5. Approval of Minutes: Mr. Hamilton approved the minutes from the November 10, 2020 meeting. Approved 6. New Business: a. 635 Hamblin (House) Issue #EN20-09373 Building Inspector: Don Wilkinson Property owner not present. Don Wilkinson, Building Official, stated property was heavily damaged by fire. In its present condition, Mr. Wilkinson recommended affirming it as a Dangerous Building. Mr. Hamilton affirmed the property as a Dangerous Building and granted thirty days to bring it into compliance. Affirmed. b. 203 Post (House) Issue #EN20-009793 Building Inspector: Don Wilkinson Property owner not present. Don Wilkinson, Building Official, stated property was heavily damaged by fire. In its present condition, Mr. Wilkinson recommended affirming it as a Dangerous Building. Mr. Hamilton affirmed the property as a Dangerous Building and granted thirty days to bring into compliance. Don Wilkinson, Building Official, stated property has extensive fire damage. In its present condition, Mr. Wilkinson recommended affirming it as a Dangerous Building. Mr. Hamilton affirmed the property as a Dangerous Building and granted thirty days to bring into compliance. Affirmed d. 815 Riverside Dr (House) Issue #EN20-08954 Building Inspector: Don Wilkinson Property owner not present. Don Wilkinson, Building Official, stated property has been vacant for some time and that a Safety Inspection was conducted in February 2020. Mr. Wilkinson stated there were multiple violations and that permits need to be pulled. In its current condition, Mr. Wilkinson recommended affirming it as a Dangerous Building. Mr. Hamilton affirmed the property as a Dangerous Building and granted thirty days to bring into compliance. Affirmed e. 12152 Sonoma Rd (House) Issue #EN20-08803 Building Inspector: Don Wilkinson Property owner not present. Don Wilkinson, Building Official, stated property has extensive fire damage. Property owner has been in dealing with their insurance company. With that said, in the property’s current condition, Mr. Wilkinson recommended affirming it as a Dangerous Building. Mr. Hamilton affirmed the property as a Dangerous Building and granted thirty days to bring into compliance. Affirmed 7. Public Comments: none 8. Board and Staff Members Comments: none 9.
