Roll Call: Carman Hamilton, Dangerous Building Hearing Officer 3. Staff Members Present: Richard Bolek, Chief Building Official; Don Wilkinson, Building Official 4. Additions/Deletions to the Agenda: Remove 27 Penn and 407 E Emmett 5. Approval of Minutes: Mr. Hamilton approved the minutes from the May 11, 2022 meeting. Approved 6. New Business: a. 189 Bryant (House) Issue #EN22-08563 Fire Building Inspector: Don Wilkinson Property owner not present. Mr. Wilkinson, Building Official, stated the property was heavily damaged by fired. In its current condition, Mr. Wilkinson recommended affirming the property as a Dangerous Building. Mr. Hamilton affirmed the property as a Dangerous Building and granted thirty days to bring into compliance. Affirmed b. 407 Emmett St E (House) Issue #EN22-07364 Fire Building Inspector: Don Wilkinson Removed from agenda c. 146 Central St (House) Issue #EN22-08420 Fire Building Inspector: Don Wilkinson Property owner not present Mr. Wilkinson, Building Official, stated the property was heavily damaged by fire, and has no contact with the owner. Mr. Hamilton affirmed the property as a Dangerous Building and granted thirty days to bring into compliance. Affirmed d. 19 Ridge St (House) EN22-08275 Fire Building Inspector: Don Wilkinson Property owner not present Mr. Wilkinson, Building Official, stated the property was heavily damaged by fire, the roof has collapsed, and has no contact with the owner. In its current condition, Mr. Wilkinson recommended affirming the property as a Dangerous Building. Mr. Hamilton affirmed the property as a Dangerous Building and granted thirty days to bring into compliance. Affirmed e. 27 Penn St (House) Issue #EN22-08147 Fire Building Inspector: Don Wilkinson Removed from agenda f. 349 Hamblin Ave (House) Issue #EN22-00800 Fire Building Inspector: Don Wilkinson Property owner not present Mr. Wilkinson, Building Official, stated the property was heavily damaged by fire, and has no contact with the owner. In its current condition, Mr. Wilkinson recommended affirming the property as a Dangerous Building.
