Roll Call: Carman Hamilton, Dangerous Building Hearing Officer 3. Staff Members Present: Richard Bolek, Chief Building Official; Angela Sulak, Secretary 4. Additions/Deletions to the Agenda: Remove 1003 W Highland Blvd 5. Approval of Minutes: Mr. Hamilton approved the minutes from the September 14, 2022 meeting. Approved 6. New Business: a. 396 Upton Ave (House) Issue #EN20-06997 Vac/Abd Building Inspector: Don Wilkinson Property owner not present. Mr. Bolek, Chief Building Official, stated the property has structural deficiencies. In its current condition, Mr. Bolek recommended affirming the property as a Dangerous Building. Mr. Hamilton affirmed the property as a Dangerous Building and granted thirty days to bring into compliance. Affirmed b. 144 Wilds (House) Issue #EN13-01622 Vac/Abd Building Inspector: Don Wilkinson Property owner not present Mr. Bolek, Chief Building Official, stated the property has been vacant greater than 180 days with structural deficiencies. In its current condition, Mr. Bolek recommended affirming the property as a Dangerous Building. Mr. Hamilton affirmed the property as a Dangerous Building and granted thirty days to bring into compliance.
