City of Battle Creek Election Commission Special Meeting 10 N. Division – Room 112 Battle Creek, MI November 2, 2012 10:00 A.M. Present: Steve Hudson, Eileen Wicklund and Vicki Houser Absent: Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 10:01 A.M. Approval of Minutes: City Clerk Houser noted the special meeting was called so that the Election Commission could resolve to appoint the necessary Receiving Boards for all future elections to ensure the recountability of all elections. A motion was made by Steve Hudson, supported by Eileen Wicklund, to adopt a resolution to appoint the necessary Receiving Boards for all future elections to ensure the recountability of all elections.
