I provide you the 2.22.2012 NPC 11 minutes:
Present: James Baldwin; Rudy Barda; Rick Baron; Jim Haadsma; Dave Hawks; Wendy Rominger; Bobbie
Wilson.
Guests: Scott Greene; Ken Kohs; Joy Bishop; Zane Mead; John Hennick
Staff: Jason Francisco; BC Police Officer Krenz
Given excused absence of Chair Randall Champlin, Vice-Chair Jim Haadsma called the meeting to order at
7 pm.
Rominger moved, Baldwin supported, to accept the 2.22.2012 Agenda and the minutes of the 1.25.2012
meeting. All supported.
Baron moved, Barda seconded, to accept correspondence received, as set out in the 2.22.2012 Agenda.
Office Kranz provide the City Police report.
Code Enforcement Officer Francisco provide the City representative report.
Vice-Mayor Fulton and City Commissioner Domenico provided an update on City budget planning;
medical marijuana developments; and Columbia BID-related Gary's Saw Shop blight reduction.
County Commissioner Haadsma reported the County's recent County Fair-property-related action.
CDAC representative Rominger reported the recent (and last) action on CDAC grants.
There was no old business.
Ken Kohs from the City and Scott Greene from MDOT reported on the upcoming work on Riverside Drive
at I-94.
There were no Public or Member comments.
Hawks moved, Wilson supported, to adjourn. All supported.
The meeting adjourned at 7:40 pm.

will be present to talk about the work that will have to be done on Riverside Drive at the I-94
Overpass. It is expected that traffic will have to be blocked at that location for some time.
