1. Call to Order & Welcome: Pastor Joe Hooper -Chair called the NPC #2 meeting at 7:00 PM

8. New Business: Motion Passed to create sub-committees for different projects, Sub-Committee
created for Splash Pad
9. Public Comments/ Member Comments: Rochelle will provide information on discrimination on
home foreclosures
