No Chair or V. Chair to let group into Community Room; so gathered in Parking Lot.
Members Present: Phyllis Hopkins, Cynde Foster, Gloria Mansfield, Scott Edwards
City Staff: Off. Herbstreith , Kelly Dillman (Byrne Grant liason), Code Officers-Eric Morris and new James
Belmore. Commissioner John Godfrey.
Guests: John Kenefick, Linda Linke.
Problems & Goals of Byrne Grant were given for the NPC’s of 1, 2, 3 &4.
Crime Reports and Code were given out.
