CALL TO ORDER / TIME CONVENED: 7:09 PM
ATTENDANCE: All present and signed in.

APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES of NOVEMBER 10, 2022: Not done due to “no quorum”. On these
minutes Gloria Mansfield name was left off, she was in attendance.

Police Department: None-no Officer
Code Reports: Jason handed out printed reports. Discussion of when new code officer will begin in
our NPC, the demolition process of 114 Frisbie and 421 Capital Ave SW,
And subjects pertaining to our area. . junk & trash.
