Program: Helping Neighborhood Residents Fight Crime – Michael DeBoer Bit of history (1970s to present) regarding police strategies. Discussed programs such as Community Policing and their aspects that did and did not work and why. Discussed criminal motivations and attitudes and some techniques on how to deal them.
