Due to illness no code compliance officers are available for the meeting, tonight. Any concerns will be emailed to Jason Francisco for response. Additions or Deletions to the Agenda: None Approval of Previous Minutes: S ​ean Lewis made motion to approve October 21, 2015 minutes, Mary Conklin gave support. Minutes were unanimously approved. Form a Nominating Committee, Nominate 2016 Officials, Elect 2016 Officials: M ​ary Conklin made a motion to postpone the nomination and election of officials to the January 20, 2016 meeting, David Salerno gave support. Motion passed unanimously. Police Report: M​. Ziegler distributed the crime reports for NPC#4. He clarified the “Obstructing Justice” in the offence column meant that the individual had arrest warrants. He also informed us that the high number of calls to the Convis St. Apartments are related to the fact that it is a placement facility. Governmental Reports City Commission Report: NPC members Kate Flores and Kaytee Faris were elected to the City Commission and member Andy Helmboldt was re­elected. David Walters was appointed Mayor and Susan Baldwin Vice Mayor by the Commission. The Commission approved changes to the Ethics Code. The City continues to gather input on the new Master Plan and the BCPD and BCFD facilities. County Commissioners Report: No report Battle Creek Public School Board Report: No Report Code Compliance Report: N ​o Report from the City Ron Cady reported concerns about 8 Elizabeth and 32 Elizabeth. Mr. Cady’s concerns were emailed to Jason Francisco by NPC chair, Kaytee Faris. External Commission Reports: ● Zoning Board of Appeals Report: None ● Planning Commission Report: None ● Historic District Commission Report: Approved improvements to siding at 199 E.
