Call to Order: Meeting was called to order by Chairman Whitfield at 7:00PM
Attendance: Not available
Previous Minutes; Minutes from June meeting not available
Old Business; Fred Bachman reported that the razor flags will be here by the end of the
month. Sally Ball & June Sims; Homecoming committee for 2016 reported that the
Phizor funding has been eliminated and replacement funding is needed.
Code Reports: Dennis McKinley reported that 197 Taylor has been approved for
demolition. 46 Mosher has been ticketed as a meth house.
Beautification Award; Sara Schmanske awarded it to 78 Bynum
Membership; No Report
Nominating Committee: Catherine LaValley was nominated for membership in NPC
#5. Attending members voted on and approved her nomination.
Commissioner Report: Mayor Deb Owens reported that the Battle Creek Vision survey
went out to 3000 addresses and has a 27% response. The vision committee is reviewing
these responses for inclusion into the final report. Williard Beach is open.
