Rural Southwest Neighborhood Planning Council Southside Bible Church (Corner of S.Minges & Beckley Rd.) Minutes 14 Feb 2012 Meeting Call to Order: Meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. Members and Citizens Present: Harry Zimmerman, Linda Morris, Shelby Winslow, and Mike Fatt City Officials: Jeff Domenico, and Susan Baldwin. Public Service Report and Golden Service: In the absence of Chris Hilton and Officer Wilk, Mike Fatt handed out the reports along with a reports from BCATS. Old Business: None New Business: The question was raised as to whether snow plowing was being delayed compared to past years. Mayor Baldwin advised that the City’s current guideline is that overtime will not be used unless the snowfall is four-inches or more. Mayor Baldwin discussed the current status of the City’s budget process. Commissioner Domenico reported that Denso is hiring (through their temp agency) and if we knew of anyone looking for a job, we should make the potential applicant aware. The January minutes were approved and the meeting was adjourned at 7:15 p.m. Next meeting: Tuesday 13 March 2012 at 6:30 p.m. at South Side Bible Church.
