Minutes of October 9, 2012 Meeting
Call to Order: The meeting was called to order at 6:30 PM by Shelby Winslow.
Members and Citizens Present: Laura Clingenpeel, Rex Winslow, Shelby
Winslow, George Wytko, Sally Wytko
City Officials: Mayor Susan Baldwin, Planning Supervisor Chris Hilton, BCPD
Officer Andrew Winer
Motion made by George Wytko and seconded by Sally Wytko to approve the May
minutes.
The Public Service Report was distributed by Officer Winer. Laura Clingenpeel
commented on the safety of walkers along Stone Jug Rd. Officer Winer
announced that the department now has a new B & E Unit. There were no other
questions regarding the report.
Chris Hilton distributed the NPC report. There were no comments regarding this
report.
Susan Baldwin made several announcements regarding the ground breaking of the
Borgess Medical Health Park, the opening of the First Pentecostal Church, Fall
Into The Arts located downtown, and several other city wide announcements.
Old Business: None
New Business: Sally Wytko announced there would be a citywide workshop for
all NPC members on November 20th. More information will be distributed at our
November meeting.
Meeting adjourned at 6:45 PM.
Next meeting: Tuesday November 13, 2012 at 6:30 pm at Southside Bible
