Vacate all drainage and utility easements dedicated by Cedar Scenic Addition to Baxter 1) PUBLIC HEARING at 7:00 p.m. or shortly thereafter 2) Adopt Resolution 2023-032 vacating all drainage and utility easements dedicated by Cedar Scenic Addition to Baxter 32.
