ADD-3 Ratifying and affirming the actions of the Director of Public works in retaining
ALL AMERICAN RECYCLING CORP., 2 Hope Street, Jersey City, NJ 07307 (“All
American”) to receive and market the City’s Recycling Commodity – mixed
paper/cardboard (“Mixed Paper”) for the amount of $10.00 per ton payable to
the City commencing as of April 12, 2023 and award an emergency contract to

awarded pursuant to the Fair and Open contracting procedure and authorizing
the advertisement of a Request for Proposals/Qualifications for said services
pursuant to said Fair and Open Process.
