Public Safety CR-18 Authorizing the City of Bayonne to declare and exercise dominion over the Elco PT Boat Crane currently located within Rutkowski Park. CR-19 Authorizing amendments to Agreement Nos. CY23-032 with Timothy J. Moriarty, Esq., for professional legal services as Municipal Court Prosecutor for an amount not to exceed $79,200.00 and CY23-033 with Steven R.
