CR-7 Ratifying and affirming the actions of the Mayor in executing a License
Agreement with the BAYONNE HOMETOWN FAIR ASSOCIATION in connection
with the 2023 Bayonne Hometown Fair held on Saturday, June 3rd and Sunday,
June 4th, 2023.
CR-8 Authorizing the Mayor and City Council to enter into a Settlement Agreement
and Release for the benefit of DON JOHN MARINE CO. INC. and their insurance
carrier to resolve an insurance claim for property damage to Bayonne Fire
Department Marine 1 in the form acceptable to the Business Administrator.
CR-9 Authorizing the purchase of a 2022 FORD F250 from ALL AMERICAN FORD, Old
Bridge, NJ in the amount of $41,038.00 for use by the Police Department Traffic
Division. Chargeable to Account #C-04-55-966-22210-994.
CR-10 Authorizing the purchase of a 2023 Chevy Express 12 passenger van under State
Contract #ESCNJ 20/21-09 from MALL CHEVROLET, Cherry Hill, NJ in the
amount of $39,928.50 to be utilized as a DARE van by the Police Department.

determine whether the property located at 15-21 East 23rd Street, which is also
identified as Block 198, Lot 1 and 2 as shown on the official tax map of the City,
constitutes a non-condemnation area in need of redevelopment pursuant to the
Local Redevelopment and Housing Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-1 et seq.
R-3 Authorizing the Planning Board to conduct a preliminary investigation to
determine whether the property located at 33-37 East 18th Street, which is also
identified as Block 226, Lots 12, 13 and 14 as shown on the official tax map of
the City, constitutes a non-condemnation area in need of redevelopment
pursuant to the Local Redevelopment and Housing Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-1 et
seq.
R-4 Authorizing the Planning Board to conduct a preliminary investigation to
determine whether the property located at 626-628 Avenue E which is also
identified as Block 405, Lot 31 as shown on the official tax map of the City,
constitutes a non-condemnation area in need of redevelopment pursuant to the
Local Redevelopment and Housing Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:12A-1 et seq.
R-5 Designating DUKE REALTY BAYONNE URBAN RENEWAL, LLC as redeveloper of
Block 466, Lots 1-4, Block 465, Lot 9 and Block 478, Lots 1 and 1.01 and
authorizing the execution of a Redevelopment Agreement.
R-6 Authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute an agreement with SPATIAL
DATA LOGIC, Somerset, NJ for continued technical support and maintenance of
tis departments data management software and continued enterprise licensing
for the municipal management software for a period of one year commencing
July 1, 2023 through June 30, 2024 for a total contract amount of $61,600.00.
and authorizing the Municipal Treasurer to issue a check to Spatial Data Logic in
the amount of $61,600.00 for payment of said services. Contract awarded
through the Non-fair and Open Process.
TO BE ADDED AT THE MEETING
ADD-1 Amending Resolution No. 23-03-15-079 that authorized an agreement with the
Bayonne Economic Opportunity Foundation for Title III Grant Funds to
administer a Senior Nutrition Program to correct the account number from which
funds are to be charged.
ADD-2 Authorizing the Mayor and/or his designee to enter into an agreement with the
PORT AUTHORITY OF NEW YORK AND NEW JERSEY to provide a kiosk with
salvage elements from the Bayonne Bridge for display at Dennis P. Collins Park
at the sole expense of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.
