Community Development R-3 Authorizing the Mayor and Council to accept the 2016 PORT SECURITY GRANT for the Fire Department in the amount of $37,500.00 with a local match of $9,375.00 to provide equipment and maintenance for the Fire Department marine vessel for a three year period. Public Safety R-4 Authorizing the execution of a Redevelopment and Purchase and Sale Agreement with BAYONNE REDEVELOPERS, LLC (JMF) for the development of a portion of Harbor Station South District, specifically Block 720, lot 1 and Block 700, lot 1. Business Administration R-5 Requesting the Planning Board to reopen the Scattered Sites Redevelopment Plan (2005) to consider expanding the area to include 479-481 Broadways, Block 204, lots 2 & 3 and to make recommendations for redevelopment of those sites.
