BAYONNE COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH CENTER to provide funding in the
amount of $3,975.00 for an increase in the number of electrical outlets needed to
accommodate the security system, pursuant to an invoice from AA-ABCO
CONSTRUCTION, making the total contract amount $197,475.00. Community

ordered revaluation for the City of Bayonne. Business Administration
R-2 Authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to enter into an agreement with
FLOURNOY GETHERS VFW POST #7470 to provide funding for the
reconstruction of their building at 33-35 West 19th Street pursuant to a proposal
by SEYMOUR BUILDING, North Bergen, NJ, in an amount not to exceed
$32,900.00. Community Development
R-3 Authorizing the Mayor and Council to accept the 2016 PORT SECURITY GRANT
for the Fire Department in the amount of $37,500.00 with a local match of
$9,375.00 to provide equipment and maintenance for the Fire Department
marine vessel for a three year period. Public Safety
R-4 Authorizing the execution of a Redevelopment and Purchase and Sale Agreement
with BAYONNE REDEVELOPERS, LLC (JMF) for the development of a portion of
Harbor Station South District, specifically Block 720, lot 1 and Block 700, lot 1.

R-5 Requesting the Planning Board to reopen the Scattered Sites Redevelopment Plan
(2005) to consider expanding the area to include 479-481 Broadways, Block 204,
lots 2 & 3 and to make recommendations for redevelopment of those sites.

R-6 Approving Chapter 159 #1 in the CY 2016 budget, seeking permission of the
Division of Local Government Services to approve the insertion of an item of
revenue in the amount of $16,440.20, under the caption, “FIREHOUSE SUBS

for approval of a DEDICATION BY RIDER in the CY 2016 budget to pay
