Community Development R-5 Authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to enter into an agreement with the BAYONNE COMMUNITY MENTAL HEALTH CENTER, for the purpose of providing psychiatric and psychotherapeutic services for children and adolescents in the amount of $22,000.00 for the one year period commencing September 1, 2016.
